医疗机构空气消毒机现状调查及合理使用方法研究

摘　　要：目的了解天津市医疗机构空气消毒机使用情况,研究其合理使用方法。方法通过现场查看和采样检测方法,对医疗机构空气消毒机使用中效果进行了监测。结果在天津市66所医疗机构共抽检805台空气消毒机,均安装在病人较密集的科室,输液室人均面积应达到1.5 m2。经对163间次空气消毒机运行后进行监测,其中60间次符合静态下消毒效果要求。有效合理使用关键要素是消毒机与空间体积要匹配,结合表面擦拭消毒和适当控制人员流动。结论天津市医疗机构空气消毒机使用主要集中在三级和二级医院内,加强合理使用是保证消毒效果的关键。Objective To investigate application of air decontamination machines in Tianjin medical institutions and study its reasonable use.Methods In-site investigation and sampling methods were used to monitor the effect of air disinfection application in medical institutions.Results In 66 medical institutions of Tianjin,805 units of air decontamination machines installed in departments with crowed patients are sampled.The per capita area should be more than 1.5 m2 in transfusion rooms.After monitoring 163 units of running air decontamination machine,60 units of that comply with the requirement of the static disinfection effect.The key of effective decontamination is the match of disinfection machine and the volume of space combined with surface wipe disinfection and proper control of people movement.Conclusion Air disinfection machines in Tianjin are mainly used in tertiary and secondary medical institutions,and the key is to strengthen the rational use for ensuring the disinfection effect.
