摘  要:针对二次系统防雷接地特性缺少现场测试工作,对攀钢电动鼓风站带有独立地网的二次系统运用冲击电流法进行暂态电压现场测试,测量了不同途径电流波入侵时,低压电源中性点、独立地网、主地网的电位升,并分析了两两之间的电位差,对出现的问题进行了研究和探讨,并简单介绍了二次系统接地的特点。鉴于检测结果,建议厂站加强二次系统安全运行的管理,并简要说明了技术整改方向。Due to field test is rarely performed on the characteristics of secondary system lightning protection grounding, based on impulse current, one secondary system with independent grounding grids is tested in the field, which is in a station at PZH steel. The potential rises of the neutral point of the low voltage power supply, independent grids and the main grounding grids are measured when different routes of current wave invasion into secondary system. And then potential difference between them is analyzed. The experimental results on this problem are discussed and researched, meanwhile the characteristics of secondary system grounding is introduced in this article. According to the test results, it is suggested that the station should strengthen management on operation of secondary system, and some methods of rectifiable technique are simply proposed.
