摘　　要：鲁布革水电站(鲁布革水力发电厂)隶属于中国南方电网有限责任公司,是南网总调直调电厂,鲁布革电厂处于南方电网重要的电气物理位置,研究该电厂的黑起动对于大电网的安全稳定有着极为重要的意义,本文主要通过分析总结黑起动在水电厂合理科学的程序以及起动过程中的注意事项。The Lubuge Hydropower Station （Lubuge hydroelectric power plant） under the Ghma Southern Grid Corp, it is Southern Power Grid Dispatching direct dispatching power plant, the Lubuge Hydropower Plant in Southern Power Grid important electrical physical location, study the power plant of black start for greater security and stability of power grid has a very important significance, this article through the analysis of the black start in the hydropower plant reasonable scientific program and start the process matters needing attention.
