铁路罐车容积检定质量判定标准研究

摘　　要：铁路罐车是强检的工作计量器具,其容积表是铁路罐车贸易结算和装载的依据,有效地监督检定质量十分重要。提出采用容量比较法或几何测量法对检定员的检定质量进行监督的方法,并根据《铁路危险货物运输管理规则》,计算出铁路罐车标记容积的下限点(83%)、中点(89%)和上限点(95%)所对应高度的判定标准,为铁路罐车容积检定质量的监督抽查提供判定依据。Railway tank car is a type of working measuring instruments applicable for compulsive verification,its volume table is the trading and loading basis of railway tank car.It is necessary to effectively monitor the quality of verification work.The authors suggest to use volume comparison method or geometric measurement method to monitor the quality of verification staffs＇work.According to the＂Management Rule of Hazardous Goods Transport By Railway＂,the authors calculate the judgment criteria for the heights corresponding with the lower limit point（83%）,medium point（89%）and upper limit point（95%）,in order to give a judgment basis for the monitoring and sampling of the quality of railway tank car volume verification work.
