摘　　要：本文从列车客运服务的角度出发,针对列车旅客运输服务和管理工作的特点,提出了列车客运服务管理信息系统的设计方案,详细地介绍了系统的总体架构和主要功能模块。系统极大地提高了客运服务质量和生产管理的效率,为整个客运信息化乃至铁路信息化系统提供高效的信息共享手段。From the views of train passenger transportation service, considering the peculiarity of the train passenger transportation service and management, this paper proposed a design scheme of Train Passenger Transportation Service Management Information System, introduced the overall architecture and the function module of the System in details. The System improved the quality of railway passenger transportation service and the efficiency of production management. It also provided efficient means of information sharing for the passenger transport informatization and railway informatization.
