摘　　要：本文介绍并分析了目前铁路车务段安全生产管理现状,建立安全生产管理信息系统的必要性,系统的软硬件框架、主要功能以及关键技术。该系统有利于提高车务段的生产效率和管理水平,可以减轻劳动强度,为生产决策提供信息支持。The paper analyzed the present status of safety management production of train operation depot, elaborated the necessity of constructing Safety Production Management Information System, introduced the software and hardware frame, the main function and the key technique of the System. The System would help to improve the production efficiency and management level of the train operation depot, reduce the labor intensity of workers and provide information for decision-making.
