摘　　要：介绍呼和浩特铁路局货运计量设备运用中存在的问题,分析造成计量设备故障和待修的主要原因,提出解决设备故障的具体对策,包括制度建设、设备管理、运用管理、设备检衡、线路集中修和人员培训,以及对策实施的效果。The paper introduces problems in the use of the freight measurement equipment in Hohhot Railway Administration,analyses the main causes resulting in frequent measurement equipment failures and to-be-repaired status,proposes countermeasures to resolve equipment failures including rules and regulations construction, equipment management,operation management,equipment calibration, comprehensive maintenance of rail lines and the personnel training. The author also analyzes the effects of the countermeasures.
