摘　　要：针对攀钢1#高炉自动化系统的"信息孤岛"问题,提出了建立基于OPC的数据采集系统的必要性和紧迫性。在分析国内外OPC技术应用的基础上,使用面向对象编程技术、数据库技术、过程控制技术及OPC技术,设计实现了基于OPC技术的1#高炉数据采集系统,顺利完成了1#高炉生产过程数据与外部系统的信息交换,为生产领域进一步拓展和应用奠定基础。As for the problem of ＂information isolated island＂ of automated system of blast furnace 1# of Panzhihua Iron and Steel. The necessity and urgency of the foundation of data acquisition system based on OPC is put forward. Based on the analysis of the OPC technology in home and abroad, the Object-oriented Programming, Database Technology, Process Controlling and OPC is applied, the data acquisition system in blast furnace 1# based on OPC technology is designed and realized. This system successfully accomplishes information exchange between the blast furnace 1# and the external system. This has laid a solid foundation for the production area＇s further widening and application.
