高校体育与社区体育互动发展的研究综述

摘　　要：通过系统分析近年来有关高校体育与社区体育资源共享、合作发展等方面的研究成果,总结出二者互动发展面临着制度不健全、机构不完善、管理不规范等问题;提出解决这些问题需要建立长效机制、成立校内社区体育联合会负责协调学校体育教学与社区体育服务、成立学区体育委员会负责决策和管理学区体育的相关事宜;建议政府尽快建立高校体育与社区体育互动发展的监督评价机制,定期评价互动效果并提出改进措施,以促进双方和谐发展。According to the systematical anylysis of the research achievements produced in recent years and focused in the resource sharing and the cooperating development between University sports and Community sports, the author concludes that the interactive development is confronted with the questions that the system is unsound, the organizations are imperfect and the management is non-standard; points out that resolving these questions needs to set up a long-term mechanism, founding the intramural Community sports federation charges cooperating the P.E of University and the service of Community sports, founding the University- Community Sports（UCS） Council charges deciding and managing the relative things of UCS; suggests that the government should establish the supervision and evaluation system of the interactive development between University sports and Community sports as soon as possible, evaluate periodically the interactive effect and applies for melioration measures, in order to promote bilateral harmonious development.
