摘 要:目的:为我国制定国家基本药物制度的相关决策及抗菌药物临床合理应用与管理提供依据。方法:抽取四川省21个地(市、州)三级、二级、二级以下综合及专科医疗卫生机构共计80家作为样本机构(包括专科医疗卫生机构22家),从四川省非基层医疗机构药品采购、配送、监管平台数据库提取其药品采购数据,对国家基本药物制度实施前、后样本医疗卫生机构抗菌药物中的基本药物的采购品种及金额进行对比、分析。结果与结论:国家基本药物制度实施后,各级综合及专科医疗卫生机构抗菌药物中的基本药物采购品种及金额均呈现明显增长态势。但抗菌药物品种数占比和采购金额占比增幅之间都没有正相关。OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for the decision-making of essential medicines system and rational use and management of antibiotics. METHODS : 80 medical institutions with third grade, second grade or below and specialist medical institu- tions, including 22 specialist medical institutions, were collected from 21 prefectures, cities, autonomous prefectures . The data of drug procurement were collected from the database of drug procurement, delivery, monitoring platform for non-grassroots medical institutions in Sichuan province; the varieties and amounts of essential drugs procurement in sample medical institutions were com- paratively analyzed before and after the implementation of national essential drug system. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: After the implementation of national essential drug system, the varieties and amount of essential drugs among antibacterials were increasing significantly in different grade medical institutions and specialist medical institutions. There is no positive correlation between the percentage of varieties and amount of antibacterials in both general medical institutions and specialist medical institutions.
