摘　　要：目的:探讨克林霉素注射剂致血尿不良反应/事件(ADR/ADE)的发生规律、特点及影响因素,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对我中心2012年1月1日-3月31日收集到的29例由克林霉素注射剂致血尿ADR/ADE报告进行统计、分析。结果:克林霉素注射剂致血尿ADR/ADE可能与年龄、给药剂量、给药浓度、联合用药等因素相关。结论:克林霉素注射剂致血尿ADR/ADE与多种因素有关,应进一步完善药品说明书,规范临床合理用药,加强用药监测,提高制剂工艺。OBJECTIVE： To explore the regularity, characteristics and influencing factors of hematuresis ADR/ADE cases induced by Clindamycin injection, and to provide reference for rational drug use in the clinic. METHODS： 29 hernaturesis ADR/ ADE cases induced by Clindamycin injection collected by our center were analyzed statistically from Jan. lth to Mar. 31th in 2012. RESULTS： Hematuresis ADR/ADE induced by Clindamycin injection may be related to age, dose, drug concentration and drug combination, etc. CONCLUSION： Hematuresis ADR/ADE caused by Clindamyein injection is related to a variety of factors. It is suggested to further improve package inserts, standardize rational drug use in the clinic, strengthen medication monitoring and improved preparation technology.
