摘　　要：：以明胶改性的两性碳酸钙为填料，研究其对漂白化学热磨机械浆的助留助滤效果。，结果表明，明胶改性碳酸钙对BCTMP抄造体系的pH值适应性强，在pH值3．5～8．0的范围内具有良好的助留助滤作用，尤其在酸性条件下助留效果明显，在中性和弱碱性条件下助滤效果显著，且其作用效果随着用量的增加而提高，当用量为15％时，滤水速率比空白试样提高40％；作用时间60～90s、剪切速率500rmin^-1的条件下助留助滤效果好。Effects of CaCO3 modified by gelatin on retention and drainage of BCTMP were studied. ＂/he result showed that CaCO3 modified by gelatin has good retention and drainage performance at pH value 3.5 to 8.0. It showed a good adaptability on pH value of system, especially it＇s significant effect of retention at condition of acidity and obvious drainage at faintly alkaline and neutral in BCTMP, and the effect of drainage increases with the dosage of CaCO3 modified by gelatin. Compared with the control sample, the filtering velocity can be enhanced 40% when the dosage of CaCO3 modified by gelatin is 15%. It has positive effect of retention and drainage on BCMTP at time is 60 to 90 s, rate of shear is 500 r·min-1.
