摘　　要：C7220多刀半自动车床刀架的压板是易损件,更换频繁,影响生产。针对以上问题,采用修压板、加镶条和改变镶条材料等方法,使导轨压板磨损的周期大大延长,维修次数减少,值得推广。The pressure plate of tool carrier used in C7220 semi-automatic multiple-cutter lathe was quick-wear part and the frequent replacement, it directly influenced the production. To counter the problem mentioned above, the methods of repairing pressure plate, adding jib and changing the material of jib were adopted, so that the wear period of pressure plate of guide was extended apparently with less maintenance times. The successful experience was worth popularizing.
