摘 要:研究机场环境中跑道侵入的检测问题。跑道侵入危及飞行安全,实时检测跑道状态是解决问题的方法之一。机场环境中由于飞机的高频率起降引起CCD频繁抖动以及背景光线突变,传统的视频检测方法在这种情况检测精度不高。为改善上述问题,结合帧间差分、背景差分以及形态多尺度滤波的优势特点,提出了一种背景光线突变下有效消除抖动的方法,不仅能精确定位目标,并能准确判断属性。实验证明,检测效果理想,并能满足视频图像处理的实时性要求。A method for detecting runway incursions was proposed. Runway incursion has seriously threatened the security of the transport on aviation. Detecting the runway in real time is one of the most effective solutions. Accord- ing to the key problems such as CCD shake caused by the frequent aircraft takeoff and landing, sudden change of light, etc. , the detection results of traditional video detection methods are not effective enough. A detection method was proposed in the paper to improve the problem described. The proposed method takes the advantages of the back- ground subtraction method and the frame difference method, and it also combines the multi - scale morphological fil- ter to effectively eliminate the interference caused by the shake and the sudden change of light. It can locate motion objects accurately and analyze their properties. Experimental resuhs show that the proposed method is available and it can satisfy the computational time of video processing.
