摘　　要：本文扼要总结了20世纪后50年 ,特别是改革开放20年来 ,我国渔业经济取得的重大成就 ,从坚持经济体制改革、合理利用资源、依靠科技进步、加强法制建设、扩大对外开放等方面总结了我国渔业发展的基本经验 ,同时 。This paper introduces the important achivevments in Chinese fisheries ecomony in the last 50 years, expecially in the latest 20 years after the reform and open policy, and summarizes the basic experience of fisheries development of China in some aspests, including persisting on the reform of economy system, using the resources rationally,depending on the progress of science and technology, strenthening the constructure of legislation and opening to the outside world more. Meanwhile, an important item is point out, which demonds rapid solution and research in the fisheries development of China.
