摘　　要：研究型医院作为一种新的概念,以医院的医疗资源为基础,强调临床和医学科研并重,目的在于推动医院临床医疗、教学和研究水平全面发展,是大型综合性医院发展和改革的目标。我院在创建研究型医院的探索和实践中积累了一定的经验,为其他综合性三甲医院提供借鉴。As a new concept, a research-oriented hospital is grounded on medical resources, and emphasizes both clinical and scientific research. With the aim of promoting the overall development of clinical practice, clinical teaching and scientific research, it is the reform and development objective of a large general hospital. The First Teaching Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University has accumulated much experience in the endeavor and hopes to offer references for other general first-class tertiary hospitals.
