摘　　要：本文应用管理学的SWOT分析方法,结合江苏省原子医学研究所附属医院的实际,对医院的内部优势、劣势、市场机会、市场威胁进行了分析,并提出相应的对策。The research used the SWOT method to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the Affiliated Hospital of the Jiangsu Institute of Nuclear Medicine, and, according to it, proposed corresponding countermeasures.
