摘　　要：目的了解医学生职业能力倾向的现状和相关因素,为培养医学实用人才提供依据。方法采用整群抽样法,利用华瑞职业能力测试软件对40名实习生进行调查。结果医学生空间能力和智力平均总分较高,动作协调和手指灵活性较低,不同性别对算术能力、动作协调能力差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),不同专业对职业能力影响差异不大。结论不同性别医学生存在职业能力差异,可以有针对性地进行培养。Objective To investigate the status quo of medical students＇ vocational aptitudes and their related factors in order to offer evidence for cultivation of practical medical personnel. Methods A total of 40 medical students were selected by cluster sampling method, and tested with Huarui vocational aptitude testing software. Results The average total scores of space imagination and general intelligence of medical students were in higher level, but those of operant coordination and finger agility were in lower level. There were significant differences in numeracy ability and operant coordination between genders （P〈0.05）, but none between majors. Conclusion As medical students of different genders have different vocational aptitudes, they should be cultivated correspondingly.
