儿童自我药疗行为调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解儿童自我药疗行为现状，分析家长在实施儿童用药过程中存在的问题，为护理人员开展儿童用药健康教育提供参考。方法以方便抽样的方法选取吉林省4所三级甲等医院120名住院患儿家长作为调查对象，采用自行设计的调查问卷对家长在实施儿童自我药疗行为时存在的问题进行调查。结果79．3％的家长用药行为不规范；75．0％的家长药物管理行为不规范；家长年龄、学历以及儿童年龄对儿童自我药疗行为有显著的影响。结论儿童自我药疗行为存在潜在风险，护理人员应加强对儿童家长的健康教育，提高家长对儿童自我药疗风险的认知，帮助家长建立科学合理的儿童自我药疗行为。Objective To study the status of the serf- medication behavior in children, and analyze the problems existing in medication of children by their parents,in order to provide references for the nurses to give medication guide to the parents of the children. Methods On the principle of convenience sampling, 120 hospitalized children＇s parents from a grade-III A level hospitals in Jilin Province were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire. Results 79.3% of the parents did not behaved standardly in children＇s serf-medication,75.0% of the parents＇ behaviors were not standardized in the management of the children＇s drugs; there was significant difference in the level of the children＇s self-medication among the parents with varied academic background or the age and the children＇s age. Conclusions The processes of self-medication in children have potential health risks, the nurses should strengthen health education, raise the parents＇ cognition of the risk of serf-medication for children, and thus to help parents establish sci- entific and rational serf-medication behaviors.
