摘　　要：中期妊娠引产是用人工方法终止13—24周妊娠。本文对中期妊娠引产的原因，妊娠中期的生理特性，各种中期妊娠引产方法进行评述。依沙吖啶（利凡诺）是一种传统的引产方法，它是侵入性的，根据我国情况，它是主要的引产方法之一。米非司酮配伍米索前列醇是世界卫生组织（WorldHealthOrganization，WHO）推荐的引产方法。Induced abortion in the second trimester means the termination of pregnancy in 13 to 24 weeks by using artificial methods. The reasons why performed induced abortion in the second trimester, its physiological characteristics and various methods have been analyzed. Etbacridine （Rivanol） is a traditional method of induced abortion, but it is invasive. In China, Rivanol is still one of the dominant methods, while World Health Organization （WHO） recommended Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol.
