摘　　要：输精管切除术是一种重要的避孕选择。临床上有关手术成功标准的认定、精液随访方案等的争议在一定程度上反映了学科领域某些认识的缺陷,包括无精子与少精子的临床意义、残余精子的功能、以及不同输精管阻断技术的避孕效力或阻断效力,对这些问题的进一步研究将有助于推动学科的发展,同时提高临床保健的质量。Vasectomy is an important contraceptive option. Some controversial issues in standard criteria of vasectomy success, post vasectomy semen analysis protocol reflect deficits in the scientific knowledge including significance of azoospermia or rare non - motile sperm, the function of residual sperm, as well as contraceptive efficacy and occlusive efficacy among various vas occlusion techniques to a certain extent. The further research on such issues would help to move the field forward and improve the quality of clinical care.
