流产后即时应用短效口服避孕药的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨人工流产后即时应用短效避孕药——去氧孕烯炔雌醇片(商品名:妈富隆)的临床意义。方法将行人工流产的年轻未生育妇女240例分为观察组和对照组,每组各120例。观察组于人工流产术后立即服用妈富隆、抗生素和八珍益母片,对照组只用抗生素及八珍益母片。结果观察组术后出血量、出血时间少于对照组,且无痛经(P<0.05)。术后月经如期复潮高于对照组,避孕效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人工流产术后即时应用妈富隆不仅避孕效果好,还能减少人工流产术后出血量,缩短出血时间,促进月经的恢复和具有避孕以外的益处。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the immediate application of an oral contraceptive Desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets （Marvelon） after induced abortion. Methods A total of 240 women who underwent induced abortion were randomly assigned into two groups： 120 cases in treatment group were given Marvelon ,an antibiotic and Motherwort tablets; the other 120 cases in control group were treated only with an antibiotic and Motherwort tablets. Results There was significant difference between two groups with respect to the amount and duration of vaginal bleeding（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. More women experienced recovery of menstruation in treatment group（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Immediate application of Marvelon is safe and effective to reduce the amount and duration of vaginal bleeding, and to promote the recovery of menstruation after induced abortion.
