摘 要:目的探讨超日节律中大学生心肺耐力水平与体力生物节律之间的相关性。方法随机选取48名在校大学生,进行调查,根据受试者的出生年月日,采用生物节奏直接计算法,绘制超日节律中体力生物节律的时相分布图;在体力节律的不同时相对受试者进行台阶试验,采集评定心肺耐力水平指标的数据和信息。结果研究发现人体心肺耐力水平在体力节律不同时相中存在较大差异(P<0.05);其中心肺耐力在体力节律的高潮期明显高于低潮期和临界期(P<0.05);而在临界期和低潮期,心肺耐力水平无显著性差异(P>0.05)结论超日节律中大学生心肺耐力水平与体力生物节律具有相关性,提示体力生物节律可以影响大学生心肺耐力水平。Objective:to explore the relationship between the college students' cardiopulmonary endurance level and strength of the biological rhythm in the super day rhythm.Methods:48 undergraduates are selected randomly and carried for investigation,then according to the date of birth of participants,draw the phase profile of physical biological rhythm by the way of the biological rhythm direct calculation method and relative subjects accept step test of Harvard In the different phases of physical biological rhythm in the super day rhythm.as a result,the researchers collect evaluation the index data and information,which are used to evaluate cardiopulmonary endurance level.Results:the study found that the human body cardiopulmonary endurance level exist bigger difference In the different phases of physical biological rhythm(P 0.05);The cardiopulmonary endurance in height of physical rhythm is obviously higher than low tide and critical period(P 0.05);And in the critical and low tide period,cardiopulmonary endurance level has no significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusion:College students' cardiopulmonary endurance level is relevant to physical biological rhythm in the super day rhythm,indicating that the physical biological rhythm can affect college students' cardiopulmonary endurance level.
