输氧对西藏地区蛋种鸡孵化效果的影响

摘　　要：西藏林芝地区 ,位于西藏东南部 ,由于海拔较高 ,一般在 2 90 0m以上 ,氧分压低于 1 4 692 .0 8Pa,在常规孵化条件下 ,内地良种蛋鸡的孵化率极低 ,仅为 35%左右。通过对整个孵化期输氧 ,可使良种禽蛋的孵化率提高到 65%以上。结果表明 ,高原缺氧对孵化中期 ( 8～ 1 4天 )影响不大 ,但在孵化期的第 1周和第In Linzhi Region of Tibet,hatching rate of the domestic chicken eggs is much lower,about 35% only,than that in normal,which is more likely due to the high altitude with lower oxygen tension(14 692\^08 Pa).By the technique of oxygen providing in different phases of the incubating period to make the oxygen tension increased,a much higher hatching rate,of 65% on the average,can be achieved.And,the results of our studies reveal that more effective it would be when providing oxygen in the first and the third week of the incubation.
