摘 要:针对人工地面调查方式全面性和时效性不足的问题,提出了远程视频监控系统与PDA地面调查协同的林业病虫害调查模式,可针对有枯死、失叶等视觉特征的病虫灾害进行监测,开发了基于2DGIS和3DGIS的林业病虫害视频监控软件系统,实现了灾害定位的可视化,设计并验证了基于DEM的灾害定位算法。提出了基于驱动程序机制的视频设备控制方法,保证了系统对不同设备的适应性。实际应用表明:该系统的准确性能够满足病虫害灾害监测需求。Due to the low coverage rate and lack of timeliness in plantation pest investigation, the combined investigation model of remote video surveillance system and PDA system was put forward. It can be used to observe forest diseases and pests with tree withered and leaf loss. The remote video surveillance system based on 2D GIS and 3D GIS was implemented to make disaster position visualization. A disaster position algorithm based on DEM was designed and validated. The video control method based on driver mechanism was put forward, and therefore, the system would be suitable for different equipments. The experiment results show that the system can meet requirements of observing forest diseases and pests in practical aoalication.
