摘 要:以暖温带典型石灰岩山地不同恢复演替阶段的侧柏纯林土壤为研究对象,分析了在人工造林5、10和25 a的侧柏纯林表层土壤的有机碳质量分数的变化特征及其影响因素。结果表明:石灰岩山地侧柏纯林土壤有机碳质量分数随恢复演替时间的增加先增加后降低,恢复演替10 a的土壤有机碳质量分数最高,为(34.79±0.56)g/kg,恢复10 a土壤有机碳质量分数与恢复5 a、恢复25 a土壤有机碳质量分数差异显著,恢复5 a和恢复25a土壤有机碳质量分数间无显著差异。随着演替时间增加表层土壤有机碳密度无显著变化,演替5~25 a,土壤有机碳密度为(1.53~1.56)kg/m2。石灰岩山地侧柏纯林土壤有机碳与土壤质量含水量呈显著正相关,与土壤微生物量碳和土壤全氮都为极显著正相关,不同恢复演替阶段土壤有机碳质量分数与土壤pH值无明显相关。SOC content and its influencing factors in three succession phase of Platycladus orientalis ( L. ) Franco plantations (5 years, 10 years and 25 years after afforestation) on the limestone mountains were investigated in Jinan, Shandong Province. The results showed SOC content increases first then decreases with the succession. The value reaches the highest in 10 years after afforestation, and it is 34.79+0.56 g/kg. The content of 10-year-old plantation is significantly different from that of 5-year-old and 25-year-old plantation. SOC content is not significantly different between 5 years and 25 years. The surface soil organic carbon density has no obvious change with the succession phases, and the value sustains in 1.53-1.56 kg/ m2 during the succession phases. SOC content has significantly positive correlation with soil water content of P. orientalis ( L. ) Franco plantations on the limestone mountains, and has very significantly positive correlation with the microbial carbon content and the total nitrogen content. However, SOC content has no significant correlation with pH values in three succession phases.
