Difference Analysis of the Soil Physicochemical Factors in Wetland along the Ning-Huai-Yan Expressway

摘  要:为了揭示宁淮盐高速公路沿线湿地土壤状况,选择6个互通区,对其土壤理化因子进行分析。结果表明:在水平分布上,各互通区土壤含水量、密度、总孔隙度、毛管孔隙度、非毛管孔隙度,以及砂粒、粉粒和黏粒变化范围分别在18.60%~21.09%、1.25~1.54 g·cm-3、39.50%~41.50%、30.01%~35.94%、5.82%~9.50%、5.73%~18.72%、48.85%~68.70%和15.35%~44.50%。土壤pH值和有机质、全氮、速效磷、速效钾质量分数变化幅度分别为6.86~7.11、19.10~35.02 mg·g-1、315.95~903.39μg·g-1、6.87~14.46μg·g-1、147.25~240.72μg·g-1。在垂直分布上,多数互通区土壤含水量、密度、pH值上下层变化幅度小,随土壤纵向深度增加,各互通区土壤孔隙度和机械组成变化复杂,0<h≤20 cm深度内大多数互通区土壤有机质、全氮和速效钾质量分数高,20 cm<h≤30 cm速效磷质量分数高。不同互通区的土壤含水量、总孔隙度、非毛管孔隙度和pH值差异显著,密度、毛管孔隙度和有机质、全氮、速效磷、速效钾质量分数,以及砂粒、粉粒、黏粒变化范围的差异极显著;土壤层次对密度、粉粒和黏粒变化范围及有机质、全氮、速效钾质量分数有显著影响,对速效磷质量分数有极显著影响,对含水量、总孔隙度、毛管孔隙度、非毛管孔隙度、砂粒和pH值无显著性影响。Six mutual communication areas in Wetland along the Ning-Huai-Yan Expressway were selected to analyze the soil physicochemical factors. The results show that in horizontal direction, soil moisture content, bulk density, total porosity, capillary porosity, non-capillary porosity, sand content, silt content and clay content change in the range of 18.60%-21.09%, 1.25-1.54 g ~ cm-3, 39.50%-41.50%, 30.01%-35.94%, 5.82%-9.50% , 5.73%-18.72%, 48.85%-68.70% and 15.35% -44.50%, respectively, and pH, organic matter, total nitrogen, available phosphorus and rapidly available potassium change in the range of 6.86-7.11 mg · g-1, 19.10-35.02 mg · g-1, 315.95-903.39 μg · g-1, 6.87-14.46 μg · g-1 and 147.25-240.72 μg · g-1, respectively. In the vertical direction, the soil moisture content, bulk density and pH of majority mutual communication areas vary less at each level, and the soil porosity and mechanical composition of each mutual communication area change significantly from surface-layer to deep-layer soil. At 0-20 cm layer, the contents of the organic matter, total nitrogen and available potassium are higher for majority of mutual communication areas, but at 20-30 cm layer available phosphorus is higher. The differences of moisture content, total porosity, non-capillary and pH among six mutual communication areas are significant as well as the bulk density, capillary porosity, sand, silt, clay, organic matter, total nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium. The soil depth has significant effect on the bulk density, silt and clay content, organic matter, total nitrogen and available potassium, and highly significant effect on available phosphorus, but no significant effect on the moisture content, total porosity, capillary porosity, non-capillary porosity, sand content and oH.
