摘 要:以桉树木屑为原料,磷酸为活化剂,通过对磷酸质量分数、浸渍比、活化温度和活化时间4个因素进行正交试验设计,制备了一系列活性炭,并对其吸附性能进行了测定分析,用氮气吸附等温线表征。结果表明,桉树木屑是制备高吸附性能、低灰分质量分数活性炭的优良原料。影响活性炭吸附性能最重要的因素是活化温度和磷酸浸渍比,获得最佳吸附性能活性炭的制备工艺为:磷酸质量分数50%、浸渍比(m(磷酸溶液)∶m(原料))=1.5∶1.0、活化温度400℃、活化时间70 min。该条件下制得的活性炭BET比表面积达1 886 m2·g-1,平均孔径3.83 nm,碘吸附值为1 212 mg·g-1,亚甲基蓝吸附值达240 mg·g-1,得率高达39%,灰分质量分数仅为2.24%。A range of activated carbons were prepared from eucalyptus sawdust with phosphoric acid impregnation by orthogonal tests of different content, impregnation ration, activation temperature and time. The adsorption properties of produced activated carbons were detected. Activated carbon was characterized by Nitrogen adsorption/desorption isotherms. Results show that eucalyptus sawdust is a good precursor for activated carbon. The factors influencing carbon adsorbability are activation temperature and phosphoric acid impregnation ratio. The optimal pretreatment and activation conditions are 50% of H3P04, impregnation ratio of m( H3PO4 ) : m(sawdust) = 1.5 : 1.0,400 ℃ of activation temperature and 70 min of activation duration. Characteristics of activated carbon with a high adsorption capacity are 1 886 m2 · g-1 of BET specific surface area (SBET) , 3.83 nm of average pore width, 1 212 mg· g-1 of iodine sorption, 240 mg · g-1 of methylene blue adsorption and 2.24% of ash content.
