摘　　要：本文以笔者在民用建筑能源审计项目实践中所获得的经验为基础,结合现有的民用建筑能源审计情况,提出了高效开展该项工作的最优化工作方法,明确指出了该类能源审计工作需要重点注意的问题;而后,针对不同深度要求的能源审计工作,提出了具有可操作性的能效测试方法。In this paper,based on the experiences that gained from the energy audit of civil building projects and combined with the energy audit situation of existing civil buildings, an effective method to carry out the energy audit work was firstly presented. And then, the key problems that should be paid more attention during the working process were pointed out. Finally, the feasible energy efficiency test methods for different kinds of energy audit applications were proposed.
