摘 要:中国高校的发展历时较长,留下了很多历史建筑。在保护历史建筑的基础上对它们进行节能改造,既可以提升此类建筑的室内热舒适品质,又可以延长其使用寿命。本文通过对典型案例建筑的能耗调研和测试,发现该类建筑的能耗问题主要体现在采光、通风、热舒适度及系统方面,只有从整体性、适应性、经济性、原真性、安全性五大方面制定高校历史建筑改造原则,并以此为基础确立改造方案,选用一体化综合技术,而后通过改造前后的建筑能耗模拟对技术可实施性进行分析和修正,才能实现该类建筑的可持续发展。In China,there are many historical buildings in universities due to long time development. Carrying out the energy- saving retrofit based on the protection for historical buildings, not only the indoor thermal quality could be improved, but also the service life could be extended. In this paper, through the investigation and measurement of energy consumption of typical historical buildings, it was concluded that lighting, ventilation, thermal comfort and system were the major problems. From the aspects of integrity, adaptability, economical efficiency, authenticity and safety, the retrofit principles and schemes were determined. Furthermore, with the integrated technologies and by means of energy consumption simulation,the technologies' feasibility analysis and correction would be conducted, and therefore,the sustainable development of historical buildings in universities could be achieved.
