摘  要:本文针对苏南地区既有住宅能耗较大和CO2排放量较高的问题,以当地某既有住宅为研究对象,结合能耗模拟分析了苏南地区既有住宅节能改造的各项可行技术,进而采用全生命周期评价法对各项节能措施进行了分析与评估。研究结果表明,结合外窗、外墙、楼梯间、遮阳、屋顶的综合节能改造技术体系可以达到节能50%的目标;各单项节能改造措施的CO2减排效果较明显,其中遮阳、屋顶和楼梯间节能改造效果尤其显著。In this paper, aiming at the problems of too much energy consumption and CO2 emission of existing residential buildings in the south of Jiangsu, several feasible energy efficiency retrofit measures were analyzed based on the energy simulation. Furthermore,using the life cycle assessment method, the retrofit measures were evaluated. The simulation results shown that the integrated retrofit technology of exterior window, exterior wall, corridor, external shading and roof could reach 50% energy-saving target. In addition, each energy efficiency retrofit measure had obvious effects on reducing CO2 emission,especially for the measures of external shading, roof and corridor.
