新生代农民工城市融入水平及类型分析——以杭州市为例

摘　　要：本研究基于因子分析法提炼出新生代农民工城市融入的三个主要指标,分别为经济整合、行为适应和心理认同,并分别从这三个层面对杭州市新生代农民工城市融入水平进行分析;基于个体在经济整合、行为适应和心理认同上的高中低水平状态组合,归纳出新生代农民工三种城市融入类型为隔离型、选择型和融入型,运用典型案例验证了新生代农民工城市融入的三种类型。This paper extracts three factors for new generation migrants' urban integration through factor analysis,which are economic conformity,behavior adaptation and psychological identity.Secondly,this paper analysis the level of urban integration for new generation migrants in Hangzhou from economic conformity,behavior adaptation and psychological identity three aspects.Thirdly,three modes of urban integration for new generation migrants are summarized according to the status of individuals in three dimensions,which are isolation,choice and integration.Then it is confirmed the three modes of urban integration for new generation migrants by using typical cases.Finally,this paper proposes suggestions to improve urban integration of new generation migrants.
