摘  要:为全面认识并定量评估燕山水库环境影响价值,采用能值理论对燕山水库建设运行过程中造成的环境影响进行了评价。结果表明,燕山水库对周围环境的积极影响价值为4.80×1020sej,消极影响价值为2.71×1020sej,积极影响大于消极影响,说明燕山水库符合工程建设运行过程中环境影响要求,与经济评价结论相一致。研究结果不仅为水库环境影响评价提供了一种新途径,且有助于水库管理者对水库造成的消极影响采取针对性的补救措施。To know and evaluate the value of Yanshan reservoir's environmental impact, the energy theory is used to evaluate the impact of Yanshan reservoir on the surrounding environment during the construction and operation. The results showed that the energy value of the positive effect is 4.80×10^20 sej while the value of negative effect is 2.71×10^20 sej; the energy value of the positive effect is larger than that of the negative effect, which demonstrates that Yanshan reservoir meets the demand for environmental impact during the project construction and operation; the result is consistent with the economic evaluation conclusion. The research not only offers a new way for the environmental impact assessment of reservoir, but also helps the managers to take the targeted remedial measures caused by the reservoir negative impact.
