摘  要:将分布式电源及微网接入大电网并网运行,与大电网互为支撑,是发挥分布式电源和微网效能的有效方式,对改变我国能源结构、节能减排具有重要作用。在研究微网和大电网相互影响和保护控制必须协调处理的基础上,设计了双处理器平台下的微网智能保护控制终端,并利用微网多点电气信息构建全网数据共享,实现了微网区域控制和本地元件保护的相互协调及微网并网与离网之间的平滑过渡,能灵活适应微网并网或孤岛的运行模式。该设计终端在某微网示范工程中已得到应用,行之有效。Connecting distributed generation (DG) and micro-grid into the state grid as mutual support, is an effective way of exploiting the efficiency of DG and micro-grid. It will bring change to the energy structure of China and contribute to the energy-saving and emission-reduction plan. By analyzing the interactions between the micro-grid and the main grid, a dual-processor based terminal is proposed in the paper. This terminal achieves the functions of protection and control through two processors, utilizing the electrical information from the whole network, realizing the wide area data sharing and sound cooperation of the unit protection and regional control in the micro-grid. The proposed method enables smooth transition between grid-connected and islanded operation, which is adaptive to any operational modes. Implemented in a demonstrative project of the micro-grid in china, this novel method is verified to be efficient.
