摘  要:以钢铁行业节电措施为例,将用户参与率、用户侧可避免容量、发电侧可避免容量、用户侧可避免电量、发电侧可避免电量为节电潜力评价指标,采用改进熵值—主成分评价模型评价了各节电措施的节电潜力,并提出了节电潜力分析模型,以计算任意一种需求侧管理(DSM)措施的发电侧可避免容量。This paper take the energy-saving measures carried out by the steel industry as an example. Note only avoidable capacity on user side and generation side are taken as indexes of energy-saving potential evaluation, but avoidable capacity on user side and generation side, as well as user participation rate are taken into account. Meanwhile, Improved entropy-principal component evaluation model are applied in this work to evaluate the power saving potential of energysaving measures. The electricity saving potential analysis model has been put forward to calculate any avoidable capacity of generation through demand side management measures.
