摘 要:以常见的硝酸锶、硝酸铋以及自制柠檬酸钽为原料,柠檬酸和乙二胺四乙酸为复合螯合剂、乙二醇为酯化剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备钽酸锶铋(SrBi2Ta2O9,SBT)薄膜,深入分析制备工艺的部分影响因素。研究发现,当柠檬酸、乙二醇、EDTA和总金属离子的摩尔比为2∶3∶1∶1,保持PH值为7,可以合成稳定的SBT溶胶;利用该溶胶均胶甩膜,采用逐层晶化工艺制备的薄膜晶粒生长更好,且随着涂覆次数的增加沿a轴择优取向增强,有利于提高SBT薄膜的铁电性能。SrBi2Ta209 (SBT) thin film was prepared by sol-gel process with common strontium nitrate, bismuth nitrate and self-made citric acid tantalum as raw materials, citric acid and EDTA as composite chelating agent, ethylene glycol as esterification agent. Some factors influencing on preparing process were analyzed in detail. It was shown that stable SBT sol can be obtained under the reaction conditions of the molar ratio citric acid: ethylene glycol : EDTA : total metal ion= 2 : 3 : 1 : 1 and pH--7. Using above sol to fabricate SBT thin film by spring coating process, it was found that the grain growth is better in those films prepared by layer-by-layer crystallization, and with the increase of coating times, the a-axis preferred orientation of the grains is enhanced, which is benefit to improve the ferroelectric properties of SBT thin films.
