摘  要:干粉吸入给药是一种有效治疗肺部疾病的重要手段,临床应用逐年增加。雾化通道是干粉吸入装置中起到使药物解聚雾化、输送的重要结构,直接影响疗效。本文综述了不同雾化通道的结构及原理,设计中使用的数值模拟技术,及药物微粒雾化、沉积效果体外性能检测与评价的相关方法。With the development of technology and pharmaceutical engineering, dry powder inhalers (DPI) are becoming the important means of effective therapy for pulmonary disease. Because of the advantages of this treating method, the clinical applications have increased year by year. Aerosolization channel for the depolymerization, atomization and transportation of the active ingredient is an important structure unit of DPI which directly affects the treatment effect. The structures and principles of different kinds of aerosolization channel, the numerical simulation techniques for the design of aerosolization channel, and the performance evaluation methods are reviewed in this paper.
