摘　　要：电网规划方案的全寿命周期成本计算具有诸如负荷发展形态、外部经济环境变化等不确定因素,分析了电网规划方案全寿命周期成本计算中,应对不确定性的不确定型决策和风险型决策的判断准则,并应用实例证明了模型的正确性。Many uncertainties occur in the life cycle cost calculation for power network planning, such as load development pattern and external economic environment changes. Therefore, this paper analyzes the judgment criterion for uncertain decision-making and risk decision-making to counter uncertainties during the life cycle cost calculation for power network planning. Finally, case study validates the correctness of the model.
