摘 要:提出了计及检修风险的配电网检修优化方法。以架空线路为决策对象,综合考虑线路运行的外部环境因素、自身老化情况以及预防性检修的影响,建立了线路的故障率模型;在配电网检修决策过程中,给出配电网故障风险和检修风险的定义及相应的量化表达式;在此基础上,以系统故障风险和检修风险最小为目标,考虑多种约束条件,建立了配电网的检修计划优化模型,并通过遗传算法求解。经算例验证,表明该方法的有效性。This paper proposes an optimization method for power distribution network maintenance considering maintenance risks. Firstly, the failure rate model is established for distribution line by taking the overhead line as decision object, and by comprehensively considering the impacts from the external environmental factors of line operation, line aging condition and preventative maintenance. Then the definitions and quantitative expressions are formulated for distribution network fault risk and maintenance risk in the process of network maintenance decision-making. Thereupon, the optimization model for power distribution network maintenance planning is constructed by aiming at the minimum system fault risk and maintenance risk, and considering the various constraints. Finally, genetic algorithm is used to solve the model_ and validate the effectiveness of this proposed method.
