摘 要:对不同窃电严重程度的台区实施分级管理有利于提高反窃电工作效率。提出居民台区在三相平衡情况下的技术线损率标杆值的概念和计算方法;在此基础上提出居民台区窃电严重程度量化界定方法,运用技术线损率标杆值将判定窃电严重程度的电量损失标准转化为对台区线损率的取值范围要求。应用结果表明,所提方法能区分不同类型、配变容量和配变负载率台区技术线损率的固有差异,更合理并精简地判别出窃电重灾区。Hierarchical management according to zonal electricity theft severity can improve the efficiency of anti-elec-tricity-theft activities. To this end, a concept of technical line loss rate benchmark (TLLRB) and its calculation method are presented for low-voltage transformer zones (LVTZs) under the three-phase equilibrium condition. TLLRB is further used to quantitively rank the electricity theft severity of the LVTZs. TLLRB can also be employed to identify value scale of the zonal line loss rates. Application results show that the presented method can recognize the differences of the technical line loss rates among the transformer zones with various line types, transformer capacities and load rates, and can identify the severe-theft LVTZs more reasonably and correctly.
