摘　　要：通过分析我国城市边缘区村庄的现实问题和改造困境,指出以往普通规划方式应用于城边村改造的弊端。介绍了"灰色用地"规划的概念及其核心内容,探讨"灰色用地"规划在城边村渐进改造中的适用性及其在城边村区域具体的规划控制办法,揭示了"灰色用地"规划理论对城边村改造的借鉴意义,以期为指导我国大城市边缘区治理和城边村改造开发提供新的思路。By analyzing the problems that exist in the reconstruction and development of suburban villages, this essay points out that the general planning method is not suitable for suburban villages. On this basis, it studies the feasibility of the application of ＂ Grey Land＂ in gradual reconstruction of suburban villages. Then, it researches the concrete methods of applying ＂ Grey Land＂ to suburban villages. Finally, it puts forward that the ＂ Grey Land＂ Theory has some reference to the reconstruction of suburban villages. Conclusion will be provided a new method for the management of the urban fringe areas and the reconstruction of suburban villages.
