摘　　要：针对地方院校理科学报稿源萎缩的现实,从论文写作难度、非法期刊分流、职称评审导向、审稿标准提高、检索系统介入等10个方面探究分析其原因,并提出6种可资学报工作者参考借鉴的解决之策。In view of the shortage of sources of contribution for scientific journals of local colleges and universities, this paper analyzes ten causes from difficulty of writing, separation of illegal periodicals, orientation in the evaluation of titles of technical posts, improved criteria of paper reviewing, interference of retrieval system etc, and then it puts forward six countermeasures which are beneficial for journal workers.
