摘　　要：分析学术期刊论文发表过程中存在的利益冲突,通过已有研究以及出版伦理委员会公布的案例,说明当前国际学术论文发表中利益冲突问题的严重性,分析导致利益冲突的因素以及利益冲突的表现及其具体形式。解析当前有关利益冲突问题的治理,介绍出版伦理委员会、科学编辑理事会等国际编辑组织处理利益冲突的常用方法及操作程序,阐释处理学术期刊论文发表中的利益冲突的复杂性。This paper analyzes the conflict of interest in academic journals papers. It shows the seriousness of this problem in international academic publication. It analyzes the reasons for conflict of interest, and distinguishes the forms and specific performance of conflict of interest. By counting the treatment of Committee on Publication Ethics and Council of Science Editors, the paper analyzes the related current governance of conflict of interest, and further illustrates the complexity of conflict of interest in academic journals papers.
