摘　　要：知识回报是科技期刊审稿专家在审稿过程中获得的最重要的报酬。编辑应充分利用科技期刊本身拥有的学术资源和出版资源,加强对审稿专家的知识回报,从根本上解决审稿难的问题。加强知识回报的方法包括提高稿件的知识含量、加强审稿过程中的知识传递、拓宽知识回报的范围,等等。Knowledge of return is the most important rewards for peer reviewers when they review articles for sci-teeh periodicals. The editors should utilize the academic and publishing resources occupied by the periodicals, and enhance the knowledge of return for the peer reviewers. Thus the problems of peer review should be solved fundamentally. The methods of enhancing knowledge of return include increasing knowledge contents of articles, reinforcing knowledge transmission during peer review, and widening the knowledge of return scope, etc.
