重庆科技期刊版权保护和经营现状的调查分析

摘　　要：随着新闻出版体制改革的推进,有关科技期刊版权保护和版权经营的问题日益凸显。对重庆市科技期刊编辑学会所属73家会员单位的版权现状进行了调查。结果显示:近一半的期刊社或编辑部没有与论文作者签订版权转让合同,承担着极大的法律风险;现有版权转让协议存在较多问题;大多数科技期刊没有经营意识,版权收益甚微。在分析的基础上,提出了加大版权保护意义宣传、加强版权知识培训、规范版权协议签订、增强版权经营力度等建议。With the reform of press and publication system, problems of copyright protection and management become more and more important. We have conducted a surey of 73 sci-tech periodicals which belong to the editorial society of sci-tech journals of Chongqing. The main contents of the survey are the present situation of copyright protection and management. The results show： nearly half of the journal editorial departments do not sign the copyright transfer contract with the authors which impose them to considerable legal risks; existing copyright transfer agreements have many problems ; most scientific journals have no consciousness of business. In light of the analysis, we should take measures to solve the problems, for instance, strenghening propagation of significance of copyright protection and copyright management, and standardizing the copyright agreement.
