摘　　要：青年编辑是医学期刊的未来和希望,组稿是保证医学期刊学术质量的重要方法,青年编辑如何掌握好组稿的技巧对医学期刊的发展至关重要。文章总结分析青年编辑的特点及其组稿的难点,并结合《实用医学杂志》编辑部的管理经验和作者的切身体会,提出了医学期刊青年编辑组稿的策略。Young editors are the future and hope of the medical journals, and soliciting contributions is an important way to ensure the academic quality of the medical journals, so young editors must learn well how to solieite contributions. This paper Summarizes and analyzes the characteristics of young editors, and the difficulties that they should overcome during the process of soliciting contributions. Then some suggestions are proposed according to the experience of the author and of the editorial board of Journal of Practical Medicine.
