摘 要:根据位点组合和位点的有效性 ,发展了一种对使用 3种不同的作图群体作图显隐性分子标记的作图效率评价方法 .应用该方法所评价的结果是 ,双单倍体 ( DH)群体的作图效率最高 ,自交群体 ( F2 群体 )与回交群体的作图效率相同 .因此使用双单倍体群体作图不仅所用费用低 ,而且作图速度快 .但只有在极少数植物中能获得双单倍体群体 .对于那些不能获得双单倍体的动植物物种而言 ,可使用自交群体或回交群体作图 .如果作高密度的分子标记连锁图谱 ,则使用自交群体要优于回交群体 ,因为回交群体作图的位点仅仅是由非回交亲本提供的 ,而单一亲本的基因组中可检测的标记位点是有限的 .A method for evaluation of mapping efficiencies of three populations for mapping molecular marker loci that are dominant and recessive were developed.The method was based on the validity of combinations of loci from two parental genomes and valid loci in three segregation populations. Our result showed that double haploid (DH) population has the highest mapping efficiency in these three populations, whereas F 2 population has the same mapping efficiency as BC 1 population, indicating that using DH population not only economizes expenses of mapping but also makes rapid progress to map molecular markers.Since the DH population can be difficult to be bred for some animal and plantspecies, thus F 2 or BC 1 population is recommended. For constructing a high density linkage map, however, F 2 population is better than BC 1. This is because that all the loci on the map constructed using BC 1 population only come from non recurrent parental genome, whereas those using F 2 population come from both parental genomes. When figuring a high density map,valuable loci from a single parental genome are limited.
