摘　　要：1991年年底,苏联解体,俄罗斯联邦独立。作为苏联的"法定继承国",俄罗斯联邦在继承苏联自然保护检察制度的基础上,"重新"组建了自然保护检察机关体系。目前,俄罗斯联邦设立了一个全流域性的自然保护检察院,即伏尔加河跨地区自然保护检察院(属联邦主体检察院一级)。它在下辖的15个联邦主体境内设有15个跨区自然保护检察院(区、市级自然保护检察院)。此外,在其他36个联邦主体内建立起了42个独立的,隶属于本联邦主体检察院的跨区自然保护检察院。作为自然保护检察机关的典型代表,伏尔加河跨地区自然保护检察院具有重要的示范意义。考察伏尔加河跨地区自然保护检察院的改革进程和现状,总结其经验得失,对我国环境保护领域内专门检察制度的构建,具有重要的借鉴意义。As the legal successor States of the Soviet Union,the Russian Federation inherited the nature conservation procuratorial system of the Soviet Union and re-set up a natural protection procuratorial organs.At present,the Russian Federation has set up a basin-wide natural protection procuratorate,i.e Volga cross-regional nature protection procuratorate.As a typical representative of the nature conservation procuratorial organs,Volga trans-regional nature protection procuratorate has demonstration importance.Review of the reform of Volga trans-regional natural protection and sum-up of its gains and losses would offer reference for set-up of specialized procuratoratial system in environment protection area in China.
