摘  要:目的:通过试验选择参苓白术颗粒喷雾制粒的最佳工艺条件。方法:应用正交试验法。采用喷雾干燥制粒机制粒并在流化床上进行干燥,以浸膏浓缩的相对密度、入塔风温、雾化压力、喷雾液频为考察因素,每个因素3个水平,以成品颗粒的收得率及半成品颗粒的含水量为考察指标。结果:4个因素中以A浸膏相对密度、B入塔风温、C雾化压力的影响较显著(P<0.05)。而D喷雾液频的影响不显著。结论:参苓白术颗粒喷雾制粒的最佳工艺条件为A2B3C2D1。即浸膏相对密度1.10,入塔风温175~180℃,雾化压力0.20MPa,喷雾液频6Hz。Objective: To select the optimum conditions for the spray granulation of Shenlingbaizhu Granules. Methods: The process was studied by orthogonal experiment method. Spray drying granulation mechanism grains and dried on a fluidized bed, tow- er air temperature, the atomization pressure, the spray solution to the relative density of the extract was concentrated, into a fre- quency of the investigated factors, each factor of three levels, to the water content of the yield of the finished particles and semi-par- ticles as index. Results : The four factors: Arelative density B into the tower air temperature, C atomization pressure more signifi- cantly (P〈0.05). D spray liquid frequency was not significant. Conclusion:The optimum conditions for the SHENLINGBAISHU particle spray granulation A2 B3 C2 D1. That extract relative density of 1.10, into the tower wind temperature of 175--180℃, atomi- zation pressure 0.20MPa spray liquid frequency 6Hz.
