穴位埋线联合窄波UVB治疗老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位埋线配合窄波UVB治疗老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法:160例患者分为治疗组80例,对照组80例。对照组根据病变部位结合疼痛范围大小在夹脊穴相应神经节段及相应配穴给予穴位埋线;治疗组除在上述穴位埋线外,局部给予窄波UVB照射。结果:治疗组比对照组明显改善患者的疼痛感及灼烧感(P<0.01)。结论:穴位埋线联合窄波UVB可有效治疗老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛。Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect on treatment of the post herpetic neuralgia by Point Embedding Therapy com- bined with narrow-band UVB. Methods： 160 patients were divided into treatment group 80 cases and control group 80 cases. In con- trol group, according to the lesion and the ache range, the corresponding nerve segments and adjunct points at the Jiaji points re- ceived point embedding therapy. ; Apart from the above point embedding therapy, treatment group was given the local narrow band UVB irradiation. Results： Compared with the control group, the treatment group has significantly improved the patients＇ painful feeling and the sense o{ burning（P^0.01）. Conclusion：Point embedding therapy combined with narrow band UVB can be very ef fective in the treatment of the post herpetic neuralgia.
